Here's what to keep in mind when organizing your corporate holiday dinners and events:
-If you don't have a large budget available, that's okay! You can achieve beautiful events at any budget, just be prepare your staff so they don't expect champagne and caviar at dinner.
- The best place to "cut-corners" is the venue, this will help limit costs without reducing quality.

Christmas Aperitivo with Wine Challenge
Tasting activity: Wine, Spirits and Chocolate- perfect for after dinner!
-If you can't arrange a transfer for all participants, do not schedule your Corporate Christmas Dinner too far from the base city in Italy where your group will be staying. Participants should be encouraged to attend, not discouraged by expensive taxis and rental cars!
-Focus on activities to organise in the city followed by the company Holiday dinner- Le Baccanti can do that too as we are also a licensed Italian Tour Operator!
-To really impress your guests, you can organize a full evening tucked inside a fine Italian wine cellar! In a wine cellar, Le Baccanti can host a full course dinner with wine tasting led by our head of ceremony, wine journalist Filippo Bartolotta to entertain and enlighten your wine senses! Since we can provide transport for any of our events, guests can celebrate with a glass or two!
