We have a solid staff of communication professionals, food and wine experts (including International journalists) supplemented with indispensable tools such as the world’s finest wines, chef made creations and world-renowned masterpieces for the perfect team building event in Italy.

For example, we put our clients to the test for our “Make your own Wine”  team building challenge where we rate all our contestants for the best wine with an onsite expert enologist, or quiz teams on their wine knowledge “Wine Challenge” dinners led by our expert wine journalists and test their pasta making skills with a group “Pasta Challenge” dinner led by celebrated Italian chefs. All winning teams are given incentive to participate with prizes at 1st 2nd and 3rd place level. At the end of the challenges, participants usually share the winnings with the whole group which further fosters and strengthens the collective team spirit.
