The activity will teach you all there is to know about REAL Italian olive oil! Each team will be expected to correctly identify a series of olive oil’s characteristics and place of origin. The challenge will include of course a crash-course in Italian Olive Oil quality and analysis. We prep you like real oil experts by providing technical tasting instruments. After the team building challenge, we will end with a full meal course (with olive oil, of course) of Tuscan bruschetta, vegetable crudités and first and main courses according to the season or the creativity of the chef of the night.
